Having a positive impact on our community has been central to the church since its founding. To this day, it remains a core tenet of our identity as a church. To that end, the congregation comes together to support many important causes around Newton, Brookline, and the greater Boston area.
Beyond direct financial support for multiple programs around the city, here are a few examples of our recent work:
Making Sandwiches for the Capuchin Ministries that supports homeless in Boston and Cambridge.
Providing food for families as part of the Centre Street Food Pantry’s Kids Club program
Pulling up weeds in our neighborhood each year
Getting diapers for the Centre Street Food Pantry
