Join us as we gather with the community of Arlington Street Church for their annual Pride Service. Arlington Street has long been a sacred home for LGBTQ+ life in Boston: its bells rang for the city’s Gay Pride parade in 1971, it hosted the Boston Gay Men’s Chorus debut concert during the 1982 Boston Pride Festival, and in 2004 it celebrated the first legal same-sex wedding in a church in the United States. This annual service invites us to remember LGBTQ+ lives, celebrate queer joy, and recommit ourselves to love, dignity, and justice for all.
